"Six scallops, soaked in garlic infused butter and then seared over hot flames. Served on a bed of mesclun and kawakawa(New Zealand plant renowned for its healing properties and spicy flavour) leaves, with our special secret sauce"

Corporate Lunch Option 1
"Hangi steamed corn on the cob, kumara, sweet potato, pumpkin, and a pork salad with seasonal vegetables interspersed - sure to fill any hungry pukus (stomachs)!

Corporate Lunch Option 2
"Kumara chips in our famous raw fish (coconut milk, freshly caught fish (usually kahawai), tomato, onion, capsicum), mussel fritters, hangi cooked pork sandwiches, hot chips covered in hangi cooked pork and a mix of special sauces, and vegetarian koru fern falafels"
